My Index motivates and supports behavior change related to eating and exercise. This application is primarily available to individuals from participating health plans, health care providers, and sponsored programs.
My Index integrates with the Health app to support automatic import of steps and calories burned from workouts to the My Index exercise log and body weight measurements to the My Index weight tracking.
